All orders are processed and dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. Because our warehouse team works quickly to fulfill orders on the next working day, we are unfortunately unable to make changes to your shipping address or cancel the order once it has been processed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reach out to arrange a redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply).
